ABOUT THIS PLAN
3 bedroom apartment house plans
This single-story 3 bedroom apartment house plans is relatively small. Why is it only 178 square meters? The answer is obvious: with all the auxiliary rooms included in the design, the total area should be at least 200 square meters. The goal of the architectural design was to minimize the total area of the house while maximizing the number of rooms, including residential and auxiliary spaces. Considering the three bedroom apartment floor plan and spacious living room, we can safely say that the goal has been achieved. This is especially true since each room has sufficient space and is not reduced to the minimum possible size. Taking all of the above into account, this project is more affordable in terms of capital investment and subsequent operation.
Arrangement of rooms in the house (3 bedroom apartment house plans)
Before discussing the layout of rooms in a one-story house, it’s important to note its compact design and suitability for most plots of land. The nearly square shape of the house makes it quite versatile.
Regarding the layout, note the two-car garage with a small workshop that can be used for various purposes. The garage leads to the house through a hallway that connects to several rooms and contains a closet for outerwear. There is also a door to the kitchen pantry with a door that leads directly to the kitchen. Considering the total area, the kitchen/dining room and living room are quite spacious at more than 40 square meters. The master bedroom is a separate unit with its own bathroom and wardrobe, as well as access to the shared laundry room. The laundry room is accessible to everyone living in the house. The other two bedrooms are identical in floor space and have small wardrobes. These two rooms share a bathroom with a toilet and shower in a separate room. A covered terrace built into the inner corner complements these rooms.
