All purchases made on this website are processed by Paddle.com acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, payments, customer service and refunds on our behalf.

Digital Products and Services

Our products are digital goods and online services (SaaS / software / tools / courses / licenses, etc.). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once the product is delivered or access to the service is granted.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to the following:

• You receive immediate or near-immediate access to the purchased digital product or service after successful payment.
• You waive any right to a cooling-off period, 14-day withdrawal right, or any similar consumer cancellation rights to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Digital products cannot be returned because they are intangible and can be copied or used instantly.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after receiving access
• Failure to use the product or service
• Dissatisfaction with the features, quality, or results of the product
• Any other subjective reasons

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only at our sole discretion and only in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical issues on our side that completely prevent access to the service for more than 7 consecutive days (provided the issue is not caused by your violation of our Terms of Service).
• Duplicate or erroneous charging (double payment for the same order).

To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date at info@houseplans360.com and provide your Paddle order number.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Paddle account. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Products purchased under promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing are also subject to this non-refundable policy.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback or reversal of payment initiated by you without our prior written consent will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to block your account and take legal action to recover damages, including chargeback fees.
