ABOUT THIS PLAN

Two story four bedroom house plan

Cozy two story four bedroom house plan with 3 bedrooms and a study will suit a large family. The study can be used for its intended purpose or converted to a fourth bedroom. This house plan will be suitable for plots facing north, east and west in the northern hemisphere and vice versa. That is, it will fit on any plot, make it individual and decorate the urban ensemble. In case of need for a parking lot, it can be arranged as a side of the house and at the end of the house behind. It can be in the form of a shed or a covered garage. This project of a two-storey house can be attributed to the classic variant with the device bay window repeated both on the first floor and on the second floor. In all necessary rooms is designed natural ventilation, which will save you from unnecessary expenditures on the device and operation of artificial ventilation.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (two story four bedroom house plan)

The first floor in this project of a house with 3 bedrooms and a study or four bedrooms is represented by a spacious hallway in which there is even room for a banquette with cushions or a sofa. There is also a spacious living room combined with the kitchen from which opens a view of the staircase leading to the second floor. The laundry room and the bathroom are located in one part of the house, which simplifies the arrangement of plumbing and ventilation in the house. A small utility room under the stairs will please the owner of this house, as all household items will be both at hand and hidden from prying eyes. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a study with a small balcony over the porch. The upstairs bathroom is located in the center of the house and is easily accessible from any of the bedrooms.

In conclusion, we can say about this project of a two-story house with 3 bedrooms and a study that it will fit into any flavor of urban or suburban life. And the economical consumption of energy resources will please its households, thanks to a relatively small total heated area of the house and the correct location of the rooms in relation to the sides of the world. Thus, all residents will enjoy comfortable living conditions in this house and its surroundings, both in the garden and on the summer terrace next to the house.
