ABOUT THIS PLAN

3 bedroom double storey house plans, three bedroom

Detailed projects of small two-story houses can be found on our site, one of which is presented before you and yet the 3 bedroom double storey house plans. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor, which is very functional. Three bedrooms is the most universal number for a modern family. And even if they are not always used for their intended purpose, they will still find occasional use when guests are visiting. Valm roof gives the house majesty and is also an additional place in the house for storing things that are not used. It should be noted that the attic room is very heated in warm summer days, so it is worth being careful, not all things can withstand high temperatures, be careful.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (3 bedroom double storey house plans)

In addition to the bedroom on the first floor, as mentioned above, there is a studio kitchen of 28 square meters or 302 square feet and a bathroom with the possibility of installing a shower. Furnace room, which will serve simultaneously as a pantry and laundry room, where you can place not only the washing machine, but also other appliances. For example, a drying machine, boiler, as well as with rational use of space ironing room. On the facade of the house in front of the entrance to the house is placed a large terrace, which serves at the same time as a porch. This is an ideal place to spend time for dinner with family or guests on warm summer evenings. It is also possible to make a door block from the living room for direct access to the terrace. This will shorten the distance from the kitchen to the dining table in the patio area.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which is very convenient in case of guests. The master bedroom has its own separate spacious walk-in closet. One of the bathrooms can also be converted into a walk-in closet and the entrance to the master bathroom can be made directly from the hallway, making it shared by two rooms. From the master bedroom there is an exit to a small balcony where you can breathe in the morning fresh air.
