ABOUT THIS PLAN

Farmhouse 4 bedroom house plans

The one-story house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms is a conveniently designed project ideal for a large family.

It features thoughtful zoning for everyone.

The main focus when creating this plan was ensuring comfort and privacy. The children’s bedrooms are designed so that one can accommodate a child of one gender and one of the opposite gender. Each of these rooms has its own wardrobe and a separate bathroom located across the hall for maximum convenience and independence. Additionally, one of these bedrooms can easily be converted into a guest room, offering flexibility in how the space is used. The house is also beautifully and compactly designed to include all the necessary rooms for residential and secondary purposes.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (Farmhouse 4 bedroom house plans)

This single-story house design includes a spacious two-car garage, which is highly relevant today. There are two convenient entrances from the garage into the house: one leads through the hall, where you can place a wardrobe for outerwear, and the other leads through the pantry. The pantry entrance is especially convenient for unloading groceries and for quick access to food while cooking.

Further along is a bathroom that can serve as a guest bathroom or be associated with one of the bedrooms. The project includes two smaller guest or children’s bedrooms and one master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with a shower, as well as direct access to a walk-in closet.

The spacious living room, combined with the kitchen and dining room, creates a common space divided into functional areas where every member of a large family can find their place. The exit to the terrace is near the kitchen, which makes it easy to organize feasts and celebrations on the covered terrace. A second covered terrace can be added at the entrance to the house on the non-sunny side. This will be especially useful in hot or windy weather, ensuring a comfortable time outdoors.

The laundry room is conveniently located in the central part of the house.
