ABOUT THIS PLAN

Farmhouse of the Palm with swimming pool

This plan of a single-storey Farmhouse of the Palm with swimming pool on a plot surrounded by tropical palm trees in warm colors gives the feeling of being in a warm land. The harmonious choice of colors from the basement to the roof leaves the most pleasant feelings for both the owners of this villa and their guests. Today, there are many varieties of hardy palm trees that can be used in colder latitudes. An outdoor pool in the backyard will always add to the feeling of visiting a warm country on a hot summer day. This house plan can be placed on most lots and can be mirrored if needed. Having 3 bedrooms is enough for both families and entertaining.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (Farmhouse of the Palm with swimming pool)

As mentioned above, this home plan is designed for three bedrooms. There is a separate master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are smaller, but each has a walk-in closet. A shared bathroom adds to the compactness and convenience of its users. If desired, this bathroom can be accessed from the common hallway. There is also an additional small bathroom for guests. The laundry room is quite spacious and has two entrances, both from the common room and from the closet, which simplifies access, especially from the master bedroom. Also on the plan is the kitchen pantry, which also has two entrances for convenience. From the kitchen and from the common hall that connects to the garage. The garage is designed for 2 cars, which can also be modified either up or down. In addition, the garage is equipped with a small workshop where each resident of this house will be able to reveal his talent or hobby. The exit to the terrace is located from the kitchen-dining room by means of a swinging door or a sliding system. The shape of the roof is designed to easily accommodate a significant array of solar panels. This is becoming increasingly popular and economically feasible.
