ABOUT THIS PLAN

3 bedroom one floor house plans

A small house, which is quite suitable both for permanent residence and as a dacha option. 3 bedroom one floor house plans (three bedrooms) economical in construction. Also economical in operation country project of a one-storey house, which will find a place for all members of the family. The dimensions of the house are made taking into account the minimum waste of wall materials. Three bedrooms are enough to accommodate all owners and even guests of this one-story house. Placing a fireplace in the center of the house – you can spread heat channels to literally every room. Closed firebox, even the most minimal, at 10 kW will be able to provide this house with heat and will help in any situation. In the absence of other heat sources, such as gas or unwillingness to heat with a solid fuel boiler, the house can be safely heated with a single-phase electric boiler, 6 kW and above. The electric boiler does not take up much space and can even be placed in the kitchen, behind the false facade of the kitchen wall. Ventilation ducts of the house are combined into one group, which greatly simplifies their construction. A ventilation duct from the bathroom can be placed both in the ceiling space and in the attic. If the attic is to be used, it only needs to be insulated to prevent condensation due to temperature differences. An open terrace can be of any size, as long as the land allows it.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (3 bedroom one floor house plans)

The entrance to the house is through a small covered porch. From there we get to the hallway, which is a barrier from the cold air that enters the house with the arrival of his household. Then the hall that unites all the rooms of the house, as usual in the projects of one-story houses. Quite spacious living room and kitchen united together, with a total area of thirty square meters. Of all the bedrooms, a master bedroom can be distinguished, which has the largest area of all. The shared bathroom has all the necessary attributes of a bathroom and more. Bath and separate shower cubicle, also in the corner of the free fit washing machine. Exit to the terrace is made between the living room and kitchen, conventionally divided, which is quite convenient both for guests and the mistress of the house. Especially during meals in the open air.
