ABOUT THIS PLAN
4 bedroom double story house plan
Comfortable for the residence of a full family, small in area, 4 bedroom double story house plan, 120 square meters. This plan of a two-storey house with a terrace and a carport for 2 cars accommodates all the necessary living, auxiliary and technical rooms and does not exceed 120 square meters. Since the carport, porch and covered terrace are not included in the total area of the house. Emphasized on a spacious terrace where you can place and barbecue area and other elements of outdoor recreation. There is also room for two cars. Despite the considerable size of the house, its area is insignificant. The shape of the facade of the house is represented by two bay windows of different shapes, which gives the house additional elegance.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room, which can be a master bedroom, which is important. Bathroom under the stairs to the second floor, under which you can place a washing machine and other household items.
