ABOUT THIS PLAN

English tudor house plans

First of all, it is necessary to answer the question, what is an English style house? And what exactly is the English tudor house plans design. If you study the English styles, different eras, this option fits the description of cottages in the Tudor style. Namely, a suburban Tudor made of brick, stucco and slate has many characteristics of the style. For example: steep roof, elevated entrance to the house, picturesque chimney, casement windows and gable (on the side), decorative frame work.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (English tudor house plans)

Charismatic two-storey plan of an English-style house with the living floor in the roof. The design is made in such a way that each staircase has a certain functional role. From the basement, the first staircase does not lead to the first floor, but to the elevated porch of the house with its own entrance hall and wardrobe. There is also a vestibule on the porch, which excludes cold air currents. And only from there you get to the first floor by going up another flight of stairs. On the entire first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen-dining room. The kitchen can be separated from the living room by a glass door. On this floor of the English-style house there is also a bathroom and a study that can be both a living room and a gym.

By the same analogy, going up to the second floor in the first span is a kind of hall with a built-in closet where you can place various household appliances, from the vacuum cleaner to the outerwear not used at the moment. In the attic there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic walls are made so high and with such a slope of the roof, you will simply not notice it. Also in the attic space you can carry out a small room, for storing certain things.

Brick project of a two-storey house with a basement and an attic. In the basement there is a garage for two cars, a boiler room and a sauna with a rest room. In the understairs space from the garage is possible to carry out a doorway for storage of garage equipment, spare pairs of wheels and other elements of the motorist.

To the foundation of this structure should be approached responsibly, as there is a basement, it is necessary to perform quality waterproofing.
