ABOUT THIS PLAN

Attic home design

This attic home design is particularly popular due to the convenience of architectural planning solutions. The exterior of the house is finished with a bark finish, although this is not a requirement. When buying a typical project, both construction and finishing materials can be chosen at your discretion. Due to the low atic walls and the maximum use of under-roof space, the construction cost per square meter is much lower in this layout. It is maximally used roof with insulation, as a fence of usable area. Fireplace in the living room is a good addition to the coziness of a private home near the dining table. Total layout of the attic house design with 4 bedrooms. Quite acceptable for an average family, as well as for receiving unexpected guests.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (attic house design)

The presence of a bedroom on the first floor can be used as a study, game or media room. On the terrace you can spend more than one warm evening at the barbecue with guests. Since the terrace is open – there is an opportunity to make it of any convenient size without being bound to the project. Of course, on such a terrace it is necessary to install a parasol or a pergola to protect from sunlight. A relatively small garage will always keep your car warm and dry. Usually such a garage is enough for most cars. Next to the garage is a technical room, which also serves as a storage room for car accessories.

Going up the stairs to the second floor, you will find yourself in a small hall. From here you have access to all the bedrooms and the bathroom. Above the technical room there is a bathroom with a laundry room, which is economical in terms of hot water supply. The master bedroom stands out among the others for its large area. It also has a balcony above the bay window on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are of equal size. It should be noted that both bedrooms have access to the balcony. One of the bedrooms has a large private wardrobe. It can be shared if a door is placed from the attic floor hallway.
