ABOUT THIS PLAN

Fireproof home design and earthquake-resistant house

This plan, a fireproof home design and earthquake-resistant house, single-story, three-bedroom, porch and includes a living room combined with a kitchen, butler’s pantry. The option of cellular concrete walls gives this plan both fire resistance and thermal resistance. Wall widths of 12″ or 300mm ensure comfort and significant financial savings on heating costs in winter or cooling costs in summer. If it is necessary to add resistance to hurricanes or earthquakes – it is possible to include a reinforced concrete frame in the design of the house. Specialists of our company for quite a long time specialized in the design and construction of this type of houses. Built in the house garage size for one car is quite spacious. Such a cottage will be enough for a large family and even in case of receiving guests, you can accommodate in the living room on the sofa. One of the bedrooms can be considered the master bedroom as it has a separate dressing room and is larger than the others. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room can warm a fairly large room on a cool, damp evening. Because the fireplace is almost in the center of the house, it does not heat the exterior walls. In addition, you can distribute the air heat to adjacent rooms or to all the rooms you need. Also, if there is no need for an additional heat source – you can remove the fireplace from the project.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (fireproof home design and earthquake-resistant house)

The living room is combined with the kitchen, which can be separated by a glass partition if necessary. In the living room there is a place for a dining table, opposite to which there is a fireplace. The presence of three spacious bedrooms in a single-storey house adds versatility to this house plan. Built-in garage will always be with a plus temperature, if desired, you can make an opening in the load-bearing wall and get from the garage directly into the hallway. The hallway in turn is separated from the main part of the house by a door, which helps to keep warm in the cold season or cold in the hot season when using air conditioning. Located behind the garage technical room can serve both for the location of engineering equipment in it, and a small mini workshop, if you make an entrance from the garage. Quite conveniently located terrace with an exit from the kitchen. And also at the same time there is an exit from the living room to the terrace, which is usually a rarity for typical house plans. The second small bathroom in this variant of the house plan is also a laundry room, where you can place both washing machine and drying machines. Also for such a spacious house with the possibility of simultaneous residence of a large number of its inhabitants, a second toilet will come in handy.
