ABOUT THIS PLAN

6 bedroom house plans, plan of six room house

A 6 bedroom house plans single story ideal for a country house or two families living together. Spacious kitchen-studio is made to receive a sufficient number of guests. A significant number of bedrooms on the first and second floors in the attic are located very compactly. The cost of construction is significantly reduced due to the use of a floor in the roof. Therefore, it is economical not only from the point of view of the use of building materials, but also from the point of view of the employed labor. Accordingly, the payment of labor to all personnel, from builders to foremen and supervisors. It should be noted that this project house for 6 rooms is designed single-storey with a mansard in the attic. It is in the attic space because the bearing walls are built on the first floor. On the second floor, the bearing walls of the first floor do not continue, but are shifted to the center of the house. The attic floor is constructed using frame technology, wood and filling with insulation.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (6 bedroom house plans)

On the first floor is a large kitchen-dining room with a living room, which corresponds to the size and number of rooms in the house. Namely the possible simultaneous stay of people in this house for 6 bedrooms. These rooms are made together, without any partitions separating them. Although it is possible to separate the kitchen from the eating and resting area. Next to the kitchen there is a butler’s pantry for kitchen utensils. Next to the pantry, through a partition, there is a small toilet. As mentioned above about the number of living rooms in the house and the possible simultaneous stay of people, an additional bathroom will not be superfluous. Also on this floor, at the entrance to the house, near the hallway, there is a technical room that can also be used for dual purposes, for example as a laundry room. Three bedrooms and a large bathroom between them fit rationally into the layout of the main floor.

The second floor also has three bedrooms with a shared closet and bathroom. The bathroom on the top floor is spacious enough to accommodate a corner bathtub, a shower, a double sink, a toilet and a bidet. Also in the area near the attic walls, where the height to the ceiling is low, it is possible to install washing machines and dryers.
