ABOUT THIS PLAN

One story 3 bedroom farmhouse plans

The presented one story 3 bedroom farmhouse plans with three bath is quite a comfortable and rationally planned project. Particularly suitable for a large family. The children’s bedrooms are planned so that one of the larger bedrooms can accommodate a child of one sex. And in the other one the opposite sex, while having its own dressing room and a separate bathroom, although located across the hall. The second bedroom can also be used as a guest room. This is the main focus of the layout of this single-story home. Otherwise, everything is quite well and compactly arranged, including all the necessary rooms, both residential and technical.

Arrangement of rooms in the house (one story 3 bedroom farmhouse plans)

So, as mentioned above, we are considering a one-story, three-bedroom house plan. In this house plan there is a spacious two-car garage, which is quite common these days. There are two entrances to the house from the garage. The main one is through the hallway, where you can place a closet with outerwear. The second is through the pantry, which is very convenient when unloading cars with groceries and when cooking. If you need quick access to the pantry from the kitchen. Further down the hall is the bathroom, which can be used as a guest bathroom or attached to one of the bedrooms. Two smaller bedrooms and a master bedroom with its own spacious bathroom, shower room and passage to both the closet and the laundry room. If desired, it is possible to increase the closet at the expense of the laundry room, but the laundry room will not have a window opening. The spacious living room, combined with the kitchen and dining room, creates a common space and is divided into separate zones where each member of the large family will find a place. The access to the terrace is located near the kitchen, which makes it easy to reach the table on the covered terrace during parties and celebrations. There is also a second covered terrace at the entrance of the house, which can be turned away from the sun. This will be especially useful during hot or windy weather on the opposite side.
