Before selling a ready-made house plan or completing a custom one, we place the house on the plot plan according to its dimensions. This allows us to clarify placement possibilities and dimensions up to the plot boundaries.

The cost of the house plan includes the option to adjust the width of the house walls, allowing you to choose the wall material.

We complete all these steps in advance for both ready-made and custom designs before payment is made.
